Beach House

Bempton Holidays have 2 luxurious self-catering holiday homes; Beach House and Bempton Villa on The Bay Holiday Village, just a stone’s throw from the beach in Filey. Specially adapted for guests with disabilities, they have been awarded a 4-Star Gold rating by Visit England.

Beach House is a luxurious bungalow sleeping up to 7 guests. The open plan living room has bi-folding doors that open out onto an attractive decked area. There are 2 en suite bedrooms; a double and a twin, plus 2 specially adapted rooms with a ceiling hoist and en suite wet room with changing bed and shower.

Bempton Villa is a 2-story house with lift access to the upper floor. It has an open plan living area opening out to the outside decking; a double bedroom, 2 twin rooms and 2 adapted rooms with en suite wet rooms. There is also a family bathroom.

Both properties have TVs in all bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and plenty of activities to suit all ages and abilities on the site.
