Rosanne Bed and Breakfast

Rosanne bed and breakfast is found in an ideal location in Kingsbridge, only 5 minutes walk from the quay. Guest rooms are immaculate and well-resourced with TV/DVD, Wifi, hospitality tray, a hair dryer and high quality linen. There are also ironing facilities if required. We have 1 single room, 2 double rooms and 1 family room, which can also be used as a twin. All rooms have en-suite facilities. The dining room has a lovely view out onto the patio and the freshly-cooked breakfasts are scrumptious! We have a guest lounge with comfortable seating, TV and a selection of films and board games. Rosanne is dog-friendly and there is off-road parking available for guests. Kingsbridge is a traditional English market town, situated on a tidal estuary in South Devon. The town has a good range of independent shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, cinema and leisure centre with swimming pool. The bi-monthly farmers market has a fantastic range of local produce for you to sample and buy, and Kingsbridge also has a selection of events throughout the year, including the Food and Music Festival in June and Fair Week in July. Kingsbridge is a superb base for your holiday in Devon. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is popular with walkers, cyclists and those seeking watersports activities.
