The Quarterdeck is a contemporary house offering luxurious self-catering accommodation close to Swanage Bay in Dorset. Nestled in a quiet residential area with sea views, a beautiful garden and private hot tub, it provides a spacious holiday home for up to 10 guests. The main living areas of The Quarterdeck are on the first floor to make the most of the stunning views.

The open plan living room has dual-aspect windows, comfy sofas, Freeview TV with Netflix, a DVD player and patio doors opening out onto the large balcony. There is also a dining area for 12 and well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and coffee machine. Guests will also find a main double bedroom and another double bedroom which can also be used as a playroom.

Downstairs in the property is a double bedroom and a family room with a set of bunk beds and twin beds that can be set up as a super king if preferred. There are also 3 modern bath /shower rooms. An elevated position means all rooms have views to the bay or the surrounding hills. Outside, the garden has a patio for al fresco dining, a lawned area and hot tub, plus off-road parking for 4 cars.
