Appletrees

Appletrees is a beautiful Georgian cottage offering a family friendly self-catering holiday home in the seaside town of Lyme Regis. Just 3 minutes’ walk away from the beach, with a garden and Boathouse Annexe, it is perfect for family or group holidays. This cottage has retained its original charm, whilst offering all the modern facilities.

Catering for 8 guests, there are 3 bedrooms including a double, a twin and a single room in the main house and 2 further bedrooms including a king/twin room and a single bedroom in the annexe across the garden. The main house has an open plan living area featuring beamed ceilings, comfortable seating, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a family bathroom and additional shower room and laundry room in the annexe.

The enclosed garden has an outdoor dining area, arbour and barbeque. Pets are welcome to stay with prior agreement and free permit parking is available at the nearby public car park throughout your stay.
