There is also a family room which can sleep up to four people (either 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children) Children must be over 3 years of age. A delicious breakfast is included, which features a choice of cereals, fruit, juice, toast and condiments, specialty teas, coffee and a choice of a home cooked full English breakfast or vegetarian options, omelettes,eggs how you like them on toast.

Centrally placed with parking available close by, Birklands is only 3 minutes walk from the bus and railway station, the beach and the pier plus Victoria Park, local shops and restaurants. Paignton Zoo and Waterpark are nearby offering fun for the whole of the family. Or if you prefer, have a ride on the Steam Railway to Dartmouth, or take a drive out to visit the mysterious Kents Cavern. Whatever your interests, there is so much to see and do that you will be spoilt for choice!
