Welcome to Elmscott Farm Bed and Breakfast situated in the Hartland Heritage Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views to Lundy Island, just 3 miles from the village of Hartland and a short walk from the South West Coast Path. The B & B provides a restful retreat for walkers, cyclists or travellers exploring the area. There is plenty of car parking, and a garden. All 3 bedrooms are well-appointed, with either their own private bathroom or en suite facilities. Guests will find complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryer and a beverage tray. There is also a light and airy lounge with sofa, armchairs and television. A full Farmhouse breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning.

The surrounding area is superb for walking and other outdoors activities. Hartland Quay, Hartland Abbey and St. Nectan's Church with its high tower, are a short distance away. Docton Mill Gardens with a wonderful tea room and the lovely village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets reaching down to the sea are also within easy reach.
