The Tormaukin

The Tormaukin is an 18th century traditional Perthshire inn with beamed ceilings and crackling fires, offering comfortable guest accommodation, a well-stocked bar and excellent restaurant. Overlooking the river in Glendevon and near the world-famous Gleneagles golf resort, the inn is surrounded by scenic walks, cycling and fishing opportunities.

All 10 guest bedrooms are elegantly furnished in a classic style to compliment the original features of the building. Equipped with en suite facilities, luxury toiletries, king size beds, TV, espresso machines and a hospitality tray, there are 7 rooms in the main building and 3 dog-friendly rooms in the converted coach house. A hearty Scottish breakfast is included in overnight stays.

Guests can enjoy home cooked lunches and evening meals in the restaurant, showcasing ingredients from local suppliers. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets are cared for, but please let us know when you make your booking. The bar is stocked with a wide range of drinks including local beers and fine malt whiskies. There is car parking, and the inn can offer whisky tasting events.
