Fawn Lea

Fawnlea is a traditional stone cottage and first floor apartment located in scenic Teesdale at Staindrop near Barnard Castle. These 2 beautifully furnished holiday homes provide contemporary self-catering facilities near the North Pennines and Durham, and are ideally suited for family or walking holidays.

The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests and has a large open plan living area downstairs with sofas, coal burning effect gas fire, fully-equipped kitchenette and dining table. Upstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom plus additional WC. The Apartment sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children in a twin and smaller twin bedroom, also with a living area and shower room. Both properties have a TV, free Wifi access, central heating, a private patio and car parking. Dogs are allowed by arrangement and there is storage for bicycles available. Raby Castle Park and Gardens are nearby, and there is a tearoom and pub in the village.
