Syracuse Annexe

Syracuse Annexe in Ballater is a self-contained holiday home sleeping 4 adults plus 2 children, offering luxurious self-catering accommodation for holidaymakers in Royal Deeside. The property is located only 2 minutes’ from the centre of the village. The area provides an ideal base from which to explore the Cairngorms National Park, with numerous places to visit and activities available.

There is a large master bedroom downstairs with super king bed which can also be set up as 2 singles, a Jacuzzi bath in the en suite bathroom, TV, tinted windows, patio doors to the garden and an adjoining room with a set of bunk beds. Upstairs is another king / twin en suite bedroom. The lounge has a leather suite, TV, DVD player, stereo and doors opening out onto a balcony.

The Annexe also has an equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, separate dining room with access to the garden and a utility room. Wifi is available. The garden has a covered seating area, barbeque and water fountain. There is car parking and secure storage is available for bikes and equipment. Guests are also welcome to use the owner’s gazebo with its log burning stove and fridge.
