Birchbrae

Birchbrae Holiday Cottage is a detached self-catering home for up to 8 people with an outdoor hot tub, situated near the small hamlet of Mulben, on a farm track set in an acre of natural silver birch forest and garden. This house provides an excellent base for holidays and exploring the many attractions of Moray Speyside.

The cottage features a lounge with an open fire, sofas and a TV, as well as a large fully fitted kitchen with an Aga stove and dining area. There are also 4 attractive and comfortable bedrooms including a king size room on the ground floor and a master bedroom upstairs. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. Outside, there is a private hot tub, extensive lawned gardens and parking.

The house overlooks Mulben and is centrally located for touring Moray or Aberdeenshire and is within driving distance of Royal Deeside, the Cairngorms or Inverness. The City of Elgin is only 12 miles or 25 minutes by car and the nearest town is Keith, only 5 miles or 10 minutes away by car, with plenty of amenities and shops.
