Clear Water Barn accommodates 5 people and has a separate lounge, kitchen / dining room, 2 downstairs bedrooms and a third bedroom and family bathroom upstairs. Clear Water Cottage sleeps 4 people and features an open plan living area downstairs, as well as 2 bedrooms upstairs and a main bathroom. There is car parking and the cottages can be booked separately or together for groups.

The area is popular for outdoors activities including walking and cycling; close to the western edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and a gateway to the Cambrian Mountains. Llandovery has plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, plus castle ruins, a museum, scenic river walks, Gwenffrwd-Dinas Nature Reserve and more.
