Bourne House

Bourne House is a modern detached self-catering holiday home for 6 guests, situated in the estuary town of Lymington. Offering a quiet setting in a residential area of the town, just 10 minutes’ walk from the shops, eateries and amenities in the centre, the accommodation is also perfectly placed for visits to the New Forest National Park and numerous outdoors activities.

The house features a spacious lounge with sofa, armchair, rocking chair, wood burning-effect electric stove in the fireplace, TV, telephone, dining area and French doors opening onto the garden. There is also an equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, ground floor twin bedroom, a master double bedroom with a balcony and another twin room. The house has 2 bathrooms. There is a garage for a car, where guests will also find the washing machine. Bourne House also has a garden with a table and chairs on the patio.

Lymington has 2 large marinas and a public launching slipway within a few minutes’ walk of Bourne House. Sailing tuition and deep sea fishing trips are easily arranged. There is also an open-air saltwater swimming pool. Not far from the house is the start of The Solent Way footpath, with views of the Isle of Wight, which is just half an hour across The Solent by regular ferry from Lymington.
