Caladh Reidh

Caladh Reidh is a charming stone cottage with whitewashed walls nestled on the banks of Loch Carron in Plockton. Just a short walk from the water’s edge, the village shops and amenities, this holiday home provides a comfortable self-catering holiday home for 6 people in the Wester Ross region of the Scottish Highlands.

The lounge benefits from an open fire, sofas, TV and DVD player, plus there is a newly-refurbished kitchen with a dishwasher, washer / dryer and breakfast table. There is also a dining room. The bedrooms include a single, twin and a family room with a king and single bed. The new bathroom has a bathtub with shower over. There is also an extra WC, Wifi access and central heating, as well as on-street parking at the front of the cottage.

Plockton, known as ‘The Jewel of the Highlands’, is a picturesque village. Amenities include shops, a railway station, restaurants serving locally-caught seafood and a number of galleries. Seal-spotting tours, kayaking and fishing trips can be arranged from the harbour, and there are many scenic walks around the area.
