Manor Farm is a traditional detached farmhouse situated in the small village of Sco Ruston, 1 mile north of Coltishall and within easy reach of the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Offering self-catering accommodation for up to 8 people, with dogs also allowed, it is a popular choice for family and group holidays in rural East Anglia.

The property comprises a living room with open fire; smaller sitting room with a TV and open fire; a dining room with inglenook fireplace; fully-equipped kitchen with Aga stove, dishwasher and dining table; and a utility room. Upstairs is a master king size en suite bedroom, a double, 2 twin rooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom.

Outside, the large lawned garden provides a safe area for children and dogs to play, and a barbeque and outdoor furniture is supplied for al fresco dining. The separate games room has a pool table for when the weather is wet. There is also ample private parking and a lockable garage for the storage of bikes and equipment.
