Topcliff is a modern self-catering holiday apartment, situated on the banks of the River Wear, in Roker, near Sunderland. Just a short walk from the marina, beach and pier, with views across the water to the quay, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.

Located on the second floor, guests will find a lounge with comfortable seating, TV and dining area, plus a fully-equipped kitchen, double bedroom, spacious twin room with bay window and a main bathroom. Gas central heating and Wifi are available throughout.

Visitors benefit from access to the communal garden and can enjoy the uninterrupted views of the river. A designated off-road parking space is also provided. The River Wear footpath and cycleway passes directly by the building, and there are shops and eateries nearby
