A delightful mid-19th century terraced oak beamed cottage situated in the quiet, picturesque village of North Dalton nestling in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, on the route of the Minster Way and close to the Wolds Way.

The cottage possesses a unique view overlooking the village pond with fish and wildlife. The 11th century village church can also be viewed from here.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven with hob, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave and refrigerator. The living room has an open fire using coal and logs, TV with DVD and CD player, plus a radio. Some DVDs, and CDs are provided. The dining room overlooks the pond and has a fully stocked library and a supply of games. The bathroom has shower with vari-speed shower is based downstairs. The main bedroom, also overlooking the pond is fully equipped with pine double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinet and table. The second bedroom has a single bed, beside table, and dressing table. There is the option of a Z Bed (provided) to sleep a 4th person. A conservatory leads onto a small patio ideal for a BBQ and eating out. Off-street parking is available for two cars. Electric central heating is fitted throughout. Pets accepted.

The village is a short drive from Driffield and Pocklington and the historic market town of Beverley. It is only twenty miles from York and the East Coast, with Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby giving visitors a wonderful seaside resort experience. The Heritage Coast found there includes the spectacular seabird reserve of Bempton Cliffs.
