Linnmhor House

Linnmhor house is a refurbished Edwardian villa offering superior quality, luxury bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful location in the village of Strathpeffer, a small Victorian Spa village based in Ross-shire, in the Scottish Highlands. Situated within striking distance of Ben Wyvis, the village is a popular base for walkers. Linnmhor House has been run as a bed and breakfast for over 40 years and was taken over by Rona and Michael MacKenzie in 2007 who provide high quality accommodation all year round.

Our guest rooms have sumptuous mattresses with Egyptian cotton and duvets with feather and down pillows, a TV / DVD, Wifi connectivity and hairdryer. Tea and coffee making facilities, including a Nespresso machine, are located on the landing. Guests can help themselves to a complimentary dram of whisky from the cellar! Ironing facilities are available, and we have a DVD library should you wish to watch a film in your room. Our traditional panelled dining room has an open log fire. There is additional seating in the upper and lower halls. Breakfast is prepared-to-order using the freshest local ingredients. This includes a Full Scottish and is accompanied by freshly baked oatmeal bread and a selection of fresh fruits and cereals.
