A family run guesthouse in a former coaching inn located in the heart of the city centre. Awarded 2 stars by Visit England you can be guaranteed of a warm welcome and a comfortable stay. We also welcome your pets by prior agreement.

All rooms have contemporary designs with some having en-suite. There are single, twin, double and family rooms available all with TV, telephone, wifi and hospitality tray. A delicious breakfast can be served in our colourful dining room or our garden or conservatory during fine weather if you prefer.

Ideally located near the railway station with the plethora of shops, bars and tourist attractions just a 10 minute walk away. Plus there are lovely walks along the river and into countryside if you prefer to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
