Other features include a welcoming kitchen with an Aga cooker, as well as a double oven and a relaxed eating area, a conservatory to capture the stunning sunsets and a beautiful beamed dining room which can easily seat up to 20. There is also a games room and an indoor play room for children. Outside, there are beautiful gardens and a hot tub.

Easily accessible by ferry, the house is 10 minutes drive from the sailing hub of Yarmouth and 10 minutes in the other direction to Compton beach.
