Durham House

Durham House is a grand former inn offering 3-Star self-catering accommodations for large groups. Situated in the centre of the town of Sedgefield with local shops, bars and restaurants virtually on the doorstep.

The main house can accommodate up to 17 people, with the Hay Loft providing additional space for 5. There are 6 bedrooms (most with en suite facilities), large family bathroom, a dining room, sitting room with Freeview TV and DVD, bar area with pool table and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and range oven. The Hay Loft can be booked separately or with the main house and has been converted from the original stables. It has a master bedroom with double bed, single bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed, Freeview TV and DVD and fully equipped kitchen. Both have free Wifi and share the enclosed garden with barbeque.

There are many places to visit around Sedgefield, with the historic town of Darlington offering historic landmarks like the castle and the cathedral, the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire Dales, and the seaside at Hartlepool.
