Eight Clarendon Crescent

Eight Clarendon Crescent is an elegant family-owned bed and breakfast in Royal Leamington Spa. Offering a quiet but central location in a tree-lined street, you can expect a warm and friendly welcome from your hosts. Dating back to 1830, the house is full of period features from the Regency era. All our rooms have an eclectic mix of antique furniture with contemporary decor and en suite facilities, plus they are equipped with a TV, Wifi, and a beverage tray. There is also a guest lounge with grand piano that you are welcome to play. A delicious breakfast is included. We can happily cater for differing dietary requirements and we make our own bread and preserves.

The bed and breakfast is a short walk from the town centre with its restaurants, art gallery and gardens. We are also a short drive from Shakespeares birthplace of Stratford-upon-Avon, as well as Warwick Racecourse and the pretty Cotswolds.
