Pear Tree Cottages offer beautiful self-catering holiday homes in the picturesque village of Willcote outside Stratford-upon-Avon. An area made famous by Shakespeare, it is believed that Pear Tree Cottage once belonged to Shakespeares parents around 1578 to 1597. Today you will find holiday homes offering modern amenities and fine furnishings looking across to the village green.

We have 2 cottages available adjacent to Pear Tree Cottage itself, both 4-Star rated by Visit England. The Apple Loft is a delightful 1 bedroomed first floor cottage with en suite master bedroom, large lounge with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Acanthus Cottage is a ground floor apartment with 2 en suite bedrooms, large lounge with TV and dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. Both properties have access to the large shared gardens and laundry facilities are available.

There are 2 pubs in the village offering fabulous food and drink, with Stratford 4 miles away offering shops, restaurants and of course the story of The Bard himself!
