Welcome to Marviks, a friendly and family-run hotel with sports bar and grill in the historic coastal town of Leven. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach, heritage railway, leisure centre and golf course, we are also convenient for visits to Kirkcaldy, St Andrews and exploring the beautiful Fife countryside.

There are 5 comfortable guest rooms, all featuring en suite facilities, free Wifi, TV, central heating, double bed and refreshments. Extra beds can be provided for families. You can relax in our bar and enjoy our home brew or cocktails. We serve a hearty breakfast in the morning and you can enjoy a meal from our Grill Menu later in the day.
