The Old Watch House

A warm welcome awaits at The Old Watch House in the beautiful town of Poulran. With stunning views across the estuary towards Fowey, direct access to the waters edge, private mooring and adjacent to the coastal path, it is perfect for sailing and watersports enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists or guests who are simply looking for a tranquil stay.

Ideally suited for families and friends, we also welcome dogs. The main house has an open plan living area with attractive vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is a lounge area with sofas and chairs, log burning stove and French windows leading to the balcony. The kitchen area has an Aga oven and large circular dining table. There are 3 en suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom containing a 4-poster bed plus a family bathroom. Outside, there is a private enclosed terrace with barbeque. We also have a self-contained Studio, which can be booked with the main house to provide accommodation for up to 8 guests.
