Inside, there is an open plan living area with lounge. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area and a separate utility room. You will also find 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and outside there are mature gardens with barbeque and fantastic views. There is also off road car parking.

The village has many traditional shops, pubs and eateries and we are only 400-yards from the harbour wall. There are many tourist attractions nearby such as the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project plus there are beaches to enjoy nearby.
