Brook Farm

Brook Farm offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of the Kent countryside in the village of Woodchurch. On the grounds of a 5-acre 17th century farmstead, our guest rooms are situated in a beautifully renovated barn. There is a heated outdoor pool for guests to use during their stay. We also have car parking and secure storage for bicycles.

This farm B & B is 5-Star Gold Award rated by the AA. Guest rooms are elegantly furnished with both antique furniture and contemporary comforts. Each has a beautiful en suite shower room, complimentary slippers and toiletries, king-size beds with wonderfully comfortable Hypnos mattress, Freeview TV, Wifi, hairdryer and beverage tray. Our award-winning breakfast uses a range of locally produced organic ingredients, all cooked on our Aga stove. We happily cater for special diets.

In the village, you will find a working windmill, museum, cricket ground and friendly pubs. We are also close to great golf courses, walks, cycling routes and the gardens, house and theatre at Smallhythe.
