Welcome to Hawthorn Farm Holiday Cottages, 4 well-presented self-catering holiday homes in the Kentish village of Ware. Surrounded by the open countryside and meadows, this is a haven of peace and relaxation and friendly owners Tina and Steve will ensure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

All our cottages were once important farm buildings which have now been carefully renovated, keeping all their original charming features. We have cottages for 2 and larger cottages for 4 or 5 people. Some have a hot tub and some are pet friendly cottages. All are equipped with free Wifi, central heating, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machines, TV, DVD, a garden area and a welcome hamper.

We can provide special equipment for guests with disabilities or arrange flowers or gifts on arrival. There is access to shared laundry facilities, barbeque equipment, a children’s play area, table tennis and secure bicycle storage. You can also meet our resident donkeys! There are plenty of walks and cycleways around the area and we are popular with golfing parties.
