Linden Farm Cottage is a well-presented holiday home offering self-catering accommodation for up to 4 guests in the village of Coxheath. Located on a fruit farm surrounded by 18 acres of grounds, with magnificent views of the North Downs, this former Victorian cottage has been carefully preserved retaining original exposed beams and vaulted ceilings. The cottage has wheelchair access.

There is a bright and airy living / dining room with easy chairs, TV, DVD, cosy wood burning stove and French doors leading out to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen comes with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a twin bedroom and a beautiful attic room with double bed and en suite facilities.

The cottage has a small patio at the front and a large lawned garden at the back. There is also car parking and dogs are welcome. The village has local shops, takeaways and a restaurant. Maidstone is 3 miles away where you can find more amenities. Leeds Castle is only 5 miles away offering a great day out for the whole family.
