Collingwood's B&B

Collingwood’s Bed and Breakfast offers a friendly and comfortable place to stay in Topsham. Set in 5 acres, with the River Exe running close by, this is a peaceful area for an overnight stop, short break or holiday. With purpose-built guestrooms in the annexe of hosts Carol and Derek’s home, guests will enjoy their stay.

There are 3 rooms available, a double and twin room on the ground floor and a family room upstairs. All have en suite facilities, Wifi, TV and a refreshment tray. A delicious full English breakfast is included in our room rates and can be served in our breakfast room or in the garden weather-permitting. We also have off road car parking.

Our B & B is located near the golf course and we are only 10 minutes’ walk from the town centre with its interesting architecture, shops, museum, riverside pubs and restaurants. The beautiful Exe Estuary supports 1000s of birds and is an important centre for wildlife. Exeter is just 4 miles away with its international airport.
