Lakeview Lodge

Lakeview Lodge is a beautifully-presented wooden lodge nestled on the banks of Shortheath Water in the middle of the National Forest. A family-owned estate with fishing, wildlife watching and a delightful bistro, we are perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday break.

The lodge is 4-Star rated by Visit England and has been purpose-built to offer all the amenities for a comfortable self-catering holiday. There is a spacious open plan living area with leather suite, LED TV, DVD, Wifi, electric fire, dining table and French doors leading to the decking area outside. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen and 2 en suite bedrooms. Outside, there is car parking and a shed with laundry facilities.

The Bistro offers delicious breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas, with delectable homemade pies and puddings. It is also open in the evening at weekends and can accommodate groups and private parties. We are close to the activity and discovery centre at Conkers, as well as walks and cycleways in the National Forest.
