Welcome to Charlie’s Self-Catering, a traditional farm cottage a mile outside the historic village of Armoy. The cottage has had a variety of purposes throughout its history; as a schoolhouse, farmhouse and the home of athlete Charlie McCooke from whom the property got its name. Today you can enjoy the comforts of a 3-star rated holiday home.

The interior has a home-from-home ambience with open plan living area featuring a television and free Wifi. There are 2 bedrooms; a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom. There is car parking alongside the cottage and dogs are welcome. Owner Anne lives nearby and will be on hand to offer any help or advice during your stay.

Guest will find plenty of excellent walks nearby including along the famous Bregagh Road with its intertwined trees, known as ‘The Dark Hedges’ in the HBO TV programme Game of Thrones. Armoy has cafes, a pub which sells good food and beautiful riverside gardens. There are also golf courses and you can enjoy traditional music at the local village pubs.
