Budock Vean Holiday homes are 4 excellent self-catering properties located 6 miles outside of Falmouth, near Helford Passage and Mawnan Smith. Surrounded by the Cornish countryside they offer a quiet and relaxing stay. With access to all the amenities at our sister property, the Budock Vean Hotel, you are guaranteed an enjoyable holiday.

All our cottages have been rated with 4-Stars by Visit England and have been refurbished from old stone cottages to offer all the comforts of contemporary living. There is Badger Cottage for 4, Beaver’s Dam is a single-level property with 2 en suite bedrooms and a twin room and can interconnect with our third cottage Beaver Lodge, which has another 3 en suite bedrooms. The Old 19th Cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests. Some are dog-friendly.

We will ensure you have a welcome pack of essentials waiting for you in your cottage to help you settle in. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna and golf club at the hotel. You can also enjoy a breakfast or full course dinner at a reduced rate. Falmouth has lots of attractions including the famous deep-water harbour, shops, the Maritime Museum, Pendennis Castle, South West Coast Path and great beaches.
