The Turret House

The Turret House provides a charming self-catering holiday home in the historic town of Kelso. Dating back to the 17th century, with its stone spiral staircase and turret added later on, it provides a memorable place to stay for up to 6 guests. The house boasts a riverside location and views across to 12th century Kelso Abbey.

Spanning 3 floors and decorated with an attractive mix of classic and contemporary furnishings, there is free Wifi and central heating throughout. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a spacious living area on the first floor and a double en suite bedroom. The second floor has a twin bedroom, king size or twin room and a family bathroom. There is a small courtyard outside with bistro set at the back of the house.

There is free parking available and The Turret is only a short walk from the shops, restaurants and coffee shops in the town. You can play golf, visit the castle or spend a day at the races in Kelso. We are also within driving distance of the coast and Northumberland National Park, just over the border.
