Ettrick Valley Yurts

Reconnect with nature in a tranquil and secluded setting in the Scottish Borders at Ettrick Valley Yurts. Situated just 13 miles from the town of Selkirk and surrounded by open countryside and the Ettrick River, we are ideal for people who enjoy the active outdoors or those looking for a peaceful escape.

Our 2 Mongolian Yurts offer comfortable glamping for up to 6 guests. The transparent top lets in natural light during the day and offers star-gazing at night. The yurt also has a wood burning stove, gas hob, grill and solar lighting. There are flexible sleeping arrangements with a choice of a double bed, double day bed and 2 single futons beds or a set of bunk beds, a double day bed and 2 single futons. Outside, there is a picnic table and barbeque.

There is a shower / toilet block a short walk away with an on-site honesty shop offering a library of books and games, a small kitchen with electrical appliances and Wifi. There is plenty of hiking and biking around the area with opportunities nearby for fishing, horse riding or kayaking.
