A modern build, offering all the facilities for a comfortable self-catering holiday for 5 guests, it is conveniently placed near the seafront, harbour and nature reserve. The popular resort of Bognor Regis is just a 15-minute drive away for sandy beaches and seaside amusements.

The bungalow has a 3-Star rating from Visit England. The lounge features a leather suite, Smart TV/DVD player and adjoining conservatory with garden views. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and there is also a separate dining room. The master bedroom has a double bed, seating and space for a cot; with a twin and single bedroom. Wifi is available throughout.

Outside the house is an enclosed garden for children to play in or for everyone to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a garage with a dryer and space for bicycles or equipment. Cars can be parked either on the front lawn or along the road. The beach is only a 2-minute walk away.
