The property is luxuriously furnished throughout and has full central heating. The lounge has comfortable seating and a wood burner set in a huge inglenook fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave and dishwasher. This opens onto the dining room and beyond that is a conservatory which leads into the garden. There is also a luxury shower room on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are 3 double/twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bath, as well as a separate bathroom. A cot and highchair are available. The attic room sleeps another 2 guests and doubles as a playroom, with a games console. There are televisions in the lounge, kitchen and all bedrooms and a music centre.

Outside, the garden is equipped with a gas barbecue and seating, with views of the Norman castle on the River Tâf estuary. The area is filled with wonderfully scenic countryside criss-crossed by walking trails. It is also famous for its family-friendly beaches, coastal paths and birdwatching. Carmarthenshire has inspired many artists, poets and writers, including Dylan Thomas, who lived in Laugharne.
