Waters Edge Guest House

Waters Edge Blackpool is a beautiful Victorian Guest House with self-catering apartments for people looking for a touch of luxury in this popular holiday seaside resort. Located just off the seafront, with well-equipped rooms, good food and our new hot tub garden, guests can completely relax and unwind throughout their stay. Family-friendly, dogs are also welcome.

The rooms are equipped with en suite showers, complimentary toiletries, a TV and refreshment tray. We have double, twin, family and inter-connecting rooms. Most of our rooms are sold as room only, but breakfast can be added when you arrive or at the time of booking.

There are also 2 excellent self-catering apartments available, with a separate sitting room and small kitchenette. Our Basement Apartment can sleep 2 adults and 4 children, with a double and 2 single beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. The Top Floor Apartment for 2 to 4 has sea views and a double bedroom.
