Herd House Farm

Herd House Farm has 3 holiday cottages in the picturesque village of Briercliffe. Offering luxurious self-catering accommodation, the farm is near Burnley and the M65 motorway and ideally suited to explore the many attractions of this area of Lancashire and beyond.

All our cottages have been converted from former barns so have rustic exposed stone walls, beamed ceilings and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. All have 4-star rated facilities and two properties patio and lawned garden. There is also stabling for visiting horses.

Threshings can accommodate 6 people, with 2 en suite bedrooms with a king and single bed in one and 3 single beds in the other, plus an extra chair bed for a child. Delph sleeps 8 and has a large lounge area upstairs, with a sofa bed and en suite king size bedroom; spacious kitchen, dining room, and 2 twin rooms downstairs.

High Gate is a spacious cottage for 12 with a bedroom containing 3 single beds, a room with a king size and a single bed, a double room and a lovely arched room which can be used as an extra lounge in the day with 2 double beds at night.
