Y Fron Guest House

Y Fron Guest House is a family-run establishment on the outskirts of Caerphilly. Run by experienced hosts Sue and Arran, who have been welcoming guests here for the last 10 years, guests will find a welcoming and relaxed environment with first class facilities. There is a large car park and attractive gardens.

All our rooms are decorated to make our guests feel comfortable and at home. Each is equipped with a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray, with 3 having their own en suite bathrooms. There are twin, double and family rooms, plus an accessible room on the ground floor for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. A delicious breakfast is served in our dining room in the morning. You can enjoy a full Welsh breakfast with laver bread, kippers, haddock or Glamorgan cheese sausages. We can also cater for different special diets.

This guest house is ideal for exploring South Wales, Caerphilly, Newport, Cardiff and the Brecon Beacons. World-famous for its crumbly white cheese, Caerphilly also has plenty of shops, eateries, pubs and attractions including the very impressive medieval castle, which is Wales’ largest.
