Welcome to Hesleyside Huts, providing a luxury camping experience within Shepherds Huts nestled in the grounds of historic Hesleyside in the Northumberland National Park, near Bellingham. Our accommodation is perfect if you want to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing countryside break. North Tyne river fishing, Kielder Water and Forest Park, Hadrian’s Wall World Heritage Site and the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are all easily accessible.
Our traditional Shepherd’s Huts provide a quiet and very cosy retreat. The huts are named Heather, Bracken, Bramble, Holly Hut and Rowan Hut. They sleep from 2 to 5 guests and have been handcrafted from reclaimed oak. Cosy all year round, as insulated with sheep’s wool, there are also plugs and lighting, a wood-burning stove with oven and a hotplate. There is an en-suite bathroom in each hut with WC, hand basin and hot power shower. Breakfast baskets with a range of delicious goodies can be provided. Please see our website for further details of our hut accommodation and facilities.
