Tarset Holiday Cottages

Tarset Holiday Cottages are 2 luxurious holiday homes offering self-catering accommodation on a family-owned farm near Hexham. Carefully refurbished from stone barns, each offers a home-from-home place to stay, surrounded by the beauty and open countryside of the Northumberland National Park.

Both cottages retain their characterful exposed wooden beams and vaulted ceilings, coupled with beautiful furnishings, open fires and Wifi. The Stables is attached to the main house and sleeps 4 guests in a double and a twin room. Byres Cottage can accommodate 6 guests in 3 en suite bedrooms including a king size, a double and a twin.

There is ample car parking and both cottages open out onto the paved courtyard which is perfect for al fresco dining. Enjoy some wonderful stargazing opportunities at night-time, as we are located in the Northumberland International Dark Sky Park. For activities during the day, Kielder Forest offers a range of outdoor pursuits and water sports.
