Lorbottle West Steads

Lorbottle West Steads Farm, in the beautiful Cheviot Valley, has been run by the Farr family for over a century. Still a working farm, it also hosts a Bed and Breakfast in the original Victorian farmhouse, rated as 4-Star by Visit England.

Both our guest rooms, a double and a twin, offer a homely setting with private bathroom, TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There is also guest lounge with open fire. You can enjoy a freshly prepared full cooked Northumberland breakfast in the morning with plenty of toast and homemade preserves.

We also have 2 self-catering cottages on site if you prefer. Mordues Cottage sleeps 5 plus a cot and Grandmas Cottage sleeps 4 plus a cot. Both are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We are surrounded by footpaths, lovely scenery and diverse wildlife. The Northumberland National Park is also close by. Rothbury has many cafes, restaurants and pubs.
