Park House Guest House is in an ideal position in the town centre, with uninterrupted views across parkland to the fells beyond. It is only 2 minutes walk from buses, shops, pubs and cafes. We have recently modernized and upgraded to offer 4 Star accommodation and all rooms are designed with your comfort in mind. We offer a choice of four double bedrooms all are fully equipped including flat screen TV, DVD player and hospitality tray. Most rooms have views to parkland and Lakeland fells beyond. Bathrobes and luxury Cole & Lewis of London bath gels and shampoos are provided in all bedrooms. We serve a first class breakfast with full English or vegetarian alternatives, using high quality local ingredients where possible. Ambleside is a centre for walkers, with a range of walks from easy to strenuous starting from the door. Lake cruises from Waterhead are 10 minutes walk away. There is private parking for all guests.
