The Gables Bed and Breakfast

A warm welcome awaits guests visiting The Gables Bed and Breakfast in Ambleside. A stunning Victorian guesthouse surrounded by the views of open parkland and the Lakeland fells, hosts Mark and Sharyn will provide a warm welcome.

Our rooms are tastefully decorated with vibrant colours and en suite facilities. We have single, double, twin and family rooms with TV, hairdryer and refreshment trays. There is free car parking available and we welcome your pets too. A delicious full Lakeland breakfast or vegetarian breakfast is served in our breakfast room, using locally produced ingredients.

We are a short walk from the shops, restaurants and pubs in the town, and Zeffirellis picture house cinema. We have complimentary passes to the leisure facilities at Choices Health Club and discounts for Sheilas Cottage Restaurant and Tearoom.
