There are short breaks as well as week holidays available all year round, and we provide excellent value for money. There is a no smoking policy both indoors and outdoors and we do not accept pets.

Borrowdale has spectacular scenery. Walk the lake shores, valleys and high fells, tour picturesque villages and fascinating historical sites, birdwatch, fish, climb or simply relax in these rural and tranquil surroundings. All the accommodation enjoys beautiful views and is in the perfect Lake District location. It is at the foot of Cat Bells one of the most popular fells in the area, it is within walking distance of Derwent Water and the high fells but is only just 5 miles from Keswick's restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. It is readily accessible by car, bus and even boat.
