Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a family-run bed and breakfast in a quiet residential area of Cockermouth. Recently taken over by owners Scott and Julia, we are only 10 minutes walk form the town centre with its restaurants, shops and market. We are also close to the scenic sites of the Ennerdale, Buttermere and Keswick.

We have 6 well-appointed rooms, all of which have en suite facilities. There are single, double and king sized rooms with TV, free Wifi, a refreshment tray and toiletries. A delicious home cooked breakfast will be served in the morning to help you start your day. We have free private parking and also welcome dogs.

Local amenities include golf, riding, pony trekking and fishing. Cockermouth also boasts its own castle with the adjacent Castle Brewery offering brewery tours and its marvellous Jennings beer!
