Capplebarrow Coach House

Capplebarrow Coach House is a quirky old stone lodge offering a secluded and romantic holiday home for 2 in the beautiful Longsleddale Valley. Surrounded by the scenery of the Lake District there are plentiful opportunities nearby for walking, cycling or wildlife watching. The accommodation is 3-Star rated by Visit England and has been furnished with all the modern amenities whilst still retaining its original features including exposed beamed ceilings and stone walls.

The lounge is a cosy room with 3-piece suite, log burning stove and dining area; fully fitted kitchen, shower room and a bedroom that can be set up as a king size or twin room. Outside, there is an eating area under a partially covered courtyard. Water comes from a private filtered spring supply. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. The cottage is 7 miles from the historic town of Kendal where you can find traditional shops, pubs, restaurants and arts centre. There are also many stately homes and gardens to visit in the area.
