Swinside Farmhouse

Welcome to Swinside Farmhouse, a traditional 17th century home offering bed and breakfast in the picturesque Newlands Valley. Surrounded by the peaks of Lake District Fells and only a short drive from Keswick, we are perfectly placed for walkers, cyclists or people looking for a holiday base.

There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with en suite facilities, a TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and beverage tray. Choose from a double bedroom, twin room or large double room which can accommodate families. A delicious full English breakfast is included in our room rates made using fresh, local ingredients. We can also cater for vegetarians, special diets and provide pack lunches.

The B & B has ample car parking available. There is a local pub nearby which serves excellent food if you get hungry during the day, or enjoy a relaxing drink at the end of it! Keswick is 3 miles away offering a range of amenities and attractions, include cinemas, the theatre, brewery and museums.
