Shap Wells Hotel

Shap Wells Hotel is an attractive country house situated in a commanding position on the Shap Fells. Surrounded by woodland in a secluded location, with fabulous views of the surrounding Lake District Fells and Eden Valley, it is perfect for a quiet and relaxing break. Only a short drive from the M6, we are also a convenient stop over for guests travelling to Scotland.

Our rooms have all been recently refurbished to give them a fresh and airy feel. We have single, double, twin, triple and family rooms with some rooms adapted for guests with mobility difficulties. The hotel welcomes pets in some of our rooms too. Each room is equipped Wifi, TV, alarm clock, desk and beverage tray.

Our dining room provides an elegant place to eat whether you are looking for a hearty breakfast, delicious lunch or fine evening meal. Our Riverside Lounge and Bar provides a more informal atmosphere to enjoy a drink or tasty bar meal.
