Armidale Cottages Bed & Breakfast

Armidale Cottages is a family-run B & B in the village of Seaton with grounds extending to over half an acre. Originally 2 cottages, with the first cottage dating from the late 1600s, Armidale is one of the oldest properties in the village. We welcome many outdoors enthusiasts and are ideally situated for the Coast-2-Coast route.

Guests will find a stone staircase, oak beams, a large inglenook fireplace, wooden and stone floors. Our super king-sized beds are extremely comfortable and there is Wifi available. After a good night’s sleep, enjoy a delicious full cooked breakfast. Special diets are happily accommodated but please let us know in advance. Packed lunches are also available.

Seaton is found in between the towns of Workington and Cockermouth, with easy access to the Solway Firth’s stunning views towards the Scottish mountains and Lake District fells. Derwentwater, Bassenthwaite Lake, Crummock Water, Buttermere and Loweswater are all a short drive away. We are located near to many superb walking and biking trails, horse riding, golfing, fishing, sea angling and much more. We hope to see you soon!
